Dog Kennel (Lufthansa)?

Q. I want to bring my pet with me in the cabin, but Lufthansa requires a dog kennel of this size: 55Ã40Ã20cm, which i cannot find at all in stores and on the internet.
Some counters provide a "pet box" for free,but not at Narita airport. The customer service is embarrassingly ignorant about it and they suggested me to phone Germany office(!?)

has anybody ever travelled with Lufhansa with a pet? is there any good brand/maker you can suggest?Please help me, i dont want to put my smallest kaninhen dachshund in the cargo,she's only 5 months old and it's her first flight! ;__;
Does the kennel have to be hard-case?

That is too sweet of you! Your pet must be a darling. You are right Lufthansa requires kennel size 55x40x20cm and some airport counters offer free Pet Box but is not available in all airports.

This kennel size is available in the UK. and according to the Lufthansa Pet Policy dog kennel size must not exceed so you can choose something smaller. As long as it fits under your seat onboard.

You can't. The breeder needs to have registered the entire litter. Both parents need to also have been KC registered for this to be an option. Speak to your pup's breeder - they may have simply withheld the papers. However, if they didn't register your dog at all, you can't just go ahead and do it - if registration was important to you, you should have ensured you were buying from a good breeder and seen or obtained papers before making the purchase.

Chin up - you don't need a registration to have an excellent pet.

I've had a dog for a year now. And she still uses the bathroom in the floor we have the pee pads but she won't use them anything we could do to teach her to use them?

Why are you using pee pads? What a waste of money! Get a dog crate and use that to house train your dog- it's the easiest way. Petco's website has a huge sale on them right now- it's where I got one for my new dog. Have the dog sleep in the crate or be in it when you're not around to watch it- the dog won't eliminate when it's in the crate. Then when you are there to supervise take the dog outside and when he or she does use the bathroom then give them lots of praise and/or a treat. The dog should learn pretty quick. PS- make sure not to yell at your dog for using the bathroom inside unless you catch them doing it- they won't understand why you're yelling at them and will only make them upset.

What SUV can fit multiple dog crates?

Q. I am looking for an SUV that can fit a total of three dog crates. Rear seats can be up or down, as long as 2 crates pointed out the back and one pointed out the side can fit! Thank you!

What size crates?
Most SUV's can fit 2- 22"x36" (special SUV side-by-side) crates side by side in the back & then a similar sized crate in front of these across, with an end crate door out the side of the vehicle. Some vehicles like a Honda Element or pretty much any Minivan or Van can even fit 2- 24"x36" crates side by side in the back. A Ford Transit offers a LOT of room for crates.
I have a Subaru Forester & I can fit 2- 20"x30" crates side by side easily. I currently have 2 Medium RuffTough Kennels in the back & a Small RuffTough in front of them sitting across facing to the side.
My recommendation is know the size of your crates & take a measuring tape with you when you vehicle shop. Then try your crates in the new vehicle before you finalize the purchase.
A good car sales person will be supportive of your needs.
